4.21.26 - Spring Is Finally Here! Let’s Get Growing!

We’ve been waiting a long time to say this… spring is officially here, and we couldn’t be more excited to get the season rolling. After a long winter, everything is starting to wake up and you can see it all happening right here at McKinley Garden Center. Plants are popping, blooms are opening, and the whole place is coming back to life.
​
What do we have ready for you now?
Our annuals, vegetable starts, and fruit varieties are in and ready to go. Our Tropicals are coming next week! Whether you’re planting colorful containers, building out your garden beds, or growing your own produce this year, now is the time to get started! ​If you prefer to grow from the ground up, we’ve got you covered there too. Seed packets and starting kits are stocked and ready as well. They are perfect for getting a jump on the season or filling in those extra spaces in your garden.​
Looking for something longer term? We are now fully stocked with perennials, trees, and shrubs for the season to help you build a landscape that comes back stronger every year.
From fresh new plantings to filling in existing beds, there’s no shortage of options right now!

You can browse the plants we typically carry and narrow down your search with specific filters. Build your own wish list, print it out, and bring it with you when you visit. It’s an easy way to stay organized and make sure you don’t miss anything.

There’s only so much we can say. This is the time of year where you really need to see it in person. Everything is starting to look great, and it’s only getting better from here.

Our goal was simple: create an online home that feels just as friendly, helpful, and community-focused as a visit to the garden center itself!
One of the features we’re especially excited about is our brand-new Plant Finder Tool. This new tool allows you to browse plants we typically carry throughout the season, helping you plan your garden before you even step through our doors. Looking for sun-loving perennials? Searching for the perfect shrub to anchor your landscape? Curious about what might be available later in the season? The Plant Finder makes it easy to explore your options and get inspired.
